“They respectfully and professionally explained that they don't accept coupons at their location. They shared with me 2 or 3 other locations that do accept coupons. They noticed that my party had coupons in our hands and were able to let me know before ordering. I appreciated knowing this before attempting to use the coupons at the register. The staff was thinking ahead and was on top of things to warn me about their coupon policy. Both staff members were quiet and kept busy attending to customers and the store.“

Kudos to the cook.This Subway is located in a Shell station so there was free parking and easy in and out.“

“Even though they were out of bread, Dylan was extremely nice and willing to do anything he could to make it up. Not having bread isn’t the worst thing in the world. Being a sub shop I understand how stressful it is for them to have to explain to every single customer and uber driver that they are out of bread. I highly recommend the "Cool ranch rider" has a nice kick to it the only thing I did differently was ranch instead of mayo and banana peppers instead of hot peppers. My son had the "Turkey bacon" minus onion and tomato as well as sub the mayo for ranch he absolutely loved it!! My mom got the "Roast Beast" loved hers as well!! We decided to try the Lemon Blueberry cheesecake, it too was delicious!! We will definitely be back!! The ladies that helped us with our order were super sweet and made us feel very welcomed!! Loved the vibe. Reggae music playing as well, just overall a great place!! We were at the 3rd Avenue location for reference!!“

“First time ordering from here. Had an app order. Store was busy when I went in. Everyone was working hard. I got in line behind three big cops. I’m not even doing anything illegal or wrong but I still feel nervous. Can’t imagine how unnerving it must be to be making their food as they stand there watching. The guy behind the counter did a great job calling out the orders, checking the other team members, getting the food out, etc. Upbeat attitude, he’s a keeper. Store was clean. My order came up, I went back to where I was staying and ate. Very good. My belly is full and happy!“

“Just got the most perfect roast beef sandwich. Couldn’t decide between the southern potato salad or the macaroni salad so I got both. The macaroni is definitely my new favorite thing. Can’t wait to go back again and try something new. It’s right by Abercrombie Park too which makes for a nice afternoon adventure.“

“We LOVE the staff here tonight (we came back twice in one week). They were patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond with our order and had a friendly conversation during the whole process. They even made my toddler a special pizza, after she was begging for fries. They were so friendly and was able to make her happy with her special pizza. She even ate it ALL!!! They then surprised her with a fire hat and she had the biggest smile on her face. We love the staff here tonight, exceptional customer service and we definitely look forward to coming back.“

“everything is amazing from the food to the customer service although i was met with a very rude employee named mya. she proceeded to give me very rude and sarcastic comments the whole time i was there as well as coming after my personal life and relationship. as a customer that made me extremely uncomfortable and somewhat threatened.
