“I am an active Starbucks fan, I love coffee and many of the products are great ?. But the service of this specific one that is inside Macy's sadly disappointed me, their attention is fatal, not at all friendly, I felt obliged to leave a tip for a coffee to go... I hope this staff changes because I will remain loyal to STARBUCKS ?

Vegetarian options: It has options for vegetarians, I would like to see more options?

“I originally found this place searching for tea rooms in the area, as being veg and GF makes this incredibly difficult. On my first visit I ordered the high tea and it changed my life. This place has the most incredible food, service, and staff. And A Harmless Bite (local vegan/GF bakery) supplies the endless rotation of delicious baked goods. They have two full menus of teas and food, not including the pastry cases, and I have loved everything I have ordered. My personal favorites are the Berry & Cheese Panini and cauliflower. Although, I try something new each visit. It's my favorite place in Central FL to dine and bring new people. A MUST VISIT for all diets.“

“I am Colombian and I was looking for food similar to my country and what is more similar to my country than Venezuela, I am a vegetarian and they accommodated me with a dish which was delicious. Come back weeks later for a delicious empanada with beans and cheese and our much-loved lulo juice. The food is spectacular, but I really came back more than anything because of the service. “Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors at the East-end Market. Once inside it can be difficult to navigate when it's really busy but people will make room for you. There is an elevator next to Lineage so you can explore the second floor.“

“I used to visit this location almost every day, but i moved, yesterday i was in the area and decided to get some Nitro cold brew,(my favorite btw) and i was told to wait 10 mins on the parking area which i did not mind at all to do so, i was talking on the phone when suddenly one of the lovely scooter girls brought the coffee to my car! I was not expecting that at all. That is what i call excellent service.

“My son invited my husband and I to meet him there for brunch on a Sunday. When we got there no parking and the line was wrapped around the parking lot. The heat was unbearable. But we waited. They were kind enough to offer cold water and give us menus to figure out what we wanted before we entered. The food was worth the wait. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The mimosas on point the peach lavender and the citrus was delish. I ordered the mini pearl with a side of tots. Idk what they seasoned them tots with but they were totting for sure! The service was ok but they were so busy I had to be understand and they forgot my husbands blueberry lemonade cinnamon bun best buns in town ! That, the uncomfortable seats and the fact that the digital QR prices were higher than the prices on the paper menu were the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I already recommended this place to 5 friends to make up for that star ⭐️ I’ll be back TRUST!“

“Bamita serves authentic and deliciously banh mi and Vietnamese coffee. They don’t advertise it or have it on the menu but I love their jelly dessert here, I get them every week! The service is always superb and they are very kind. It’s my go to spot for banh mi :)“

My party and I made time to stop by the shop where we received excellent service and delicious gelato! The shop was tucked in a cute little neighborhood which we explored enjoying our gelato. “Customer service everywhere is just awful, people are rude and snippy! When I want a happy, helpful and just a wonderful experience I come here! I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is so cheerful and not ignoring customers to talk amongst themselves like everywhere else!“

“Really loved this place. I would spend hours there drawing, listening to the music, and consuming way too many chai tea lattes. I'm heart broken that it up and closed out of the blue one day. No notice to anyone. They still had the monthly schedule posted on the door, but a peek inside revealed it was gutted. It hurts me every time I see it still listed as "open" on Google. The other location never has "safe" parking. The only parking open is the 2 hour lot that has a tow truck stalking around it 24/7.
I miss this place dearly. I wish it would re-open.
