“100 out of 5 star review Came to Florida for my bachelorette weekend. This place (we went for brunch on Saturday around 10am) was the best service and most impeccable food we had the entire weekend. It all came out within 10 min, all orders (party of 5) were hot, correct, and superb. I wish I could remember our waitresses name (super sweet, petite, brunette young woman) was attentive, kind, helpful, and knew the menu verbatim. If we would have been in Florida longer (like a week, instead of 2 days) I would have requested to go back!“

“Stayed here on an overnight, hadn't been in 10 years, and I had forgotten the quaint atmosphere of this place. Combined with good food and great friendly service, it's a great stop in St Petersburg whether you stay at the hotel or not. Some good daily specials, for both food and drink. Again came face to face with NAM (which stands for Not A Moose, from what I overheard! He's a caribou!) who overlooks the bar. This place is worth a visit if you've never been here!“

“I respectfully cannot give O’Maddy less than five stars. My sister had her wedding here -hell- there’s even a drink named after my sister’s mother-in-law!

But do not worry, dear reviewer, though we are biased, we are honest.

Parking: Despite the limited parking, we happened to get a front row “princess parking” spot right in front of the building. If you don’t get as lucky as we are, there is more parking around the corner if you are willing to walk.

Atmosphere: the vibes are immaculate, as any cozy pub can be! Even more so because O’Maddy’s has big, open-air seating that looks right out onto the bay. As a girl from Oregon seeing a REAL beach (one that isn’t wild, freezing, and liable to kill you), I found it soothing to see the tropic, warm water. This evening, the Australia vs. US soccer game was on (the US won 2-0), and it would have been an amazing game to watch, but we just so happened to be seated at one of the only tables without access to a television. (This can be forgiven, though, since they were able to seat a party of 8 with no wait time.)

Food: the nephew gives his bun only to his hot dog 5/5 stars. He tried giving a thumbs up, but we are still learning that skill. Overall, the party was happy with their food. We unanimously agreed that the French fries are top tier, and all French fries need to taste and look like the ones from O’Maddys’. It’s not just greasy pub fare!

We love O’Maddys. Heck, I just flew 2k miles to eat there! I even walked away with a cool t-shirt.“

“Loving our stay here in a spacious suite. I have slept better here than I have in years! We had dinner out in the courtyard. The redfish was locally sourced and delicious. The soft shell crab was very good according to my friend. It’s a quirky place to stay, but very well run. Love the breakfast delivered in the morning.“

“My wife and I don't eat out that much. But, when we do, we prefer going to Savory. The people, the food, the prices are great. We were there recently and decided that we have never had a meal that we were not satisfied with nor were the servers there anything but good!“

“After a very long work day I placed an order for pickup. After picking up my food order and returning home I discovered this was not my order. Feeling very disappointed I called the resturant and spoke to the manager Michelle who was very apologetic. After explaining I had just come home from a very long workday, I was not.leaving again to pick up the correct order. Michelle not only prepared a fresh order but delivered it to me on her way home from finishing her shift at the resturant. I have to say, I am taken back from not only Michelle's empathy but her eagerness to help correct the oversight. In a day where mediocre customer service has been accepted as the norm, to experience excellent customer ( and delicious food) is a rarity. Thank you Michelle and Sonny's BBQ for restoring my faith in customer service but warming my heart that compassion and kindness still exist. This was my first Sonny's visit and highly impressed !“

They had live music and really nice dart boards 🎯 the place wasn't that big but it was the perfect size & very welcoming 😎 the main reason I wanted to leave a review was because of their food. I had their special which was a Prime rib 😮 with french fries on garlic toast, it was delicious, there fries are amazing. Everything that my friends had they also loved.. All of the staff were amazing very friendly. Even the cook came out and asked how we enjoyed our food. The prices are unbeatable. “No one came to seat us. I had to go the bar and ask if I could seat myself. The hotel bar and restaurant are connected to the pool area which wasn’t ideal for an expensive dinner date in our hotel. The snapper was cooked well but the sauce was more of an Alfredo and really thick. I also had the broccolini and asparagus,I could have had a whole plate of these. The New York strip wasn’t a good cut but had good flavor. The beers were served in an ice cold mug which was really nice. Our waitress was great and saved this review rating.
