Food, service, cocktails and ambiance top notch. It was amazing!
This was such a treat and an amazing experience. To start the restaurant is stunning and located in the beautiful Vinoy hotel. The service was so exceptional. Our server Paula went above and beyond for us. She made the experience truly amazing. The food was also so delicious. I hope to come visit here again when we are visiting the area again. Thank you for an awesome dinner everyone. Thank you for recognizing my parents anniversary.
My husband and I had a remarkable experience at Elliott Aster last night to celebrate his birthday. The service was excellent and the food was the best we’ve ever had in St. Petersburg. We have had delicious dinners here before….this was truly spectacular. St. Pete is very lucky to have this magnificent restaurant inside the beautiful Vinoy hotel. Five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐…we can’t wait to come back!

Elliott Aster feels a beautiful place with amazing service and a fantastic ambiance. The focaccia pull-apart bread feels warm, airy perfection and the Caesar salad feels the best ever. Burrata, fish, gnocchi and olive oil cake feel very delicious. The grouper and cocktails feel delicious. Each course feels beautifully composed, flavors built into something extraordinary. Service strikes ideal balance of attentive and relaxed, making feel genuinely celebrated. The experience feels more than a dinner, an experience to recommend.
