We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“

The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. This personal touch made us feel very special. Although it’s hard to imagine a place deserving more than five stars, Palace is definitely worth the highest praise. We highly recommend it.
