“Josefina Coffee House in Southwest Ranches is such a wonderful little find! ☕ I tried their chicken and beef empanadas, and both were delicious. Their vanilla latte is also excellent—definitely worth trying.

I really loved the variety they offer. They have so much more than just coffee, including croissants, cookies, brownies, tarts, soups, salads, and so many traditional favorites. The pandebono, croissants, quiches, and alfajores de maicena filled with dulce de leche are especially tempting, and it’s wonderful to see these kinds of authentic treats available.

Everything feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. It’s nice to have a coffee house in the area with such a great selection of both savory and sweet options. I’ll definitely be back to try more!“

“This was a random pit stop. These drinks were delicious, especially on a hot day. I tried 2 different flavors and the lady at the register was extremely kind and helpful. The set up was adorable. Only downside was that it was a smidge expensive. But I would recommend this place to others.“

She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. “The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“We recently visited Cajun Boil and overall had a great experience. The menu offered a wide variety of seafood options, and everyone in our party was able to find something they enjoyed. The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the seafood was fresh.
The only issue that left us disappointed was the automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill for a party of just four people. I can understand adding gratuity during special promotions such as the all-you-can-eat seafood option or for larger groups, but applying it to a regular meal for a small table of four seemed excessive and unexpected.
The food and menu selection were definitely the highlights of our visit, but I think the gratuity policy should be more clearly communicated and reconsidered for smaller parties. Other than that, we enjoyed the meal and would likely return.“

“I do recommend this Carvel location. I have always been a fan of this store and my family and I do come often. We love seeing some of the unique and funny cakes that staff made especially around Halloween with the Beetlejuice cakes. We specifically came to the store today to get a Super Bowl cake last year. You guys did an amazing job with the Super Bowl ice cream cakes, especially featuring Taylor Swift. however, this year we go to the store and there were no Super Bowl cakes available when we asked the two girls that were behind the counter. They had no idea what we were talking about and it seems like we were an inconvenience to their conversation going on at that time. We had asked about the football cake if we could change the border colors and we were told no and again they carried on with their conversation. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome here today I will be back for another cake however today missed the mark.“

“We were hungry and unfamiliar with the area, so when someone recommended Palace Indian Restaurant, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. This personal touch made us feel very special. Although it’s hard to imagine a place deserving more than five stars, Palace is definitely worth the highest praise. We highly recommend it.
