“July 19th, I went through the drive thru after work for my favorite drink and was let down when I found out it was a seasonal drink no longer in season. Rayne took my order & not only did she help me find a substitute for the seasonal drink, but explained to me how to order it from now on, as well as making sure my coffee was up to my standards with a great attitude and personality. She made my entire day with just her bubbly personality and kindness. We need more people like her in the service industry. Thank you for the white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew hack!!! She is an asset to this company, her ability to brighten someone’s mood within a 2 minute interaction in itself is wonderful! Sounds corny to say but please don’t let this world change you!
