I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s on a Thursday afternoon thanks to the amazing service from Hailey, Shelby, and Makayla. The service was fast, the atmosphere was positive and welcoming, and the whole experience made my day better. I wasn’t planning on dining in, but staying and chatting with them was lovely. Their friendliness and great customer service really stood out and made me want to come back again!
Love this location. Everyone is so nice.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers a mix of experiences. Some customers enjoyed the food, describing their sandwiches as excellent and the store as clean and efficient. Staff members are often praised for being friendly, polite, and helpful, with one employee recognized for outstanding service and menu knowledge. Customers appreciated the quick and efficient handling of take-out and delivery orders, highlighting the staff's politeness and professionalism. However, some reviews mention that the sandwiches can be lacking in meat and cheese, and the prices are considered a bit high. A few customers expressed dissatisfaction with the app ordering process, reporting issues with incorrect orders and poor customer service when trying to resolve problems. Additionally, there is a note that toasted or warm sandwiches are not available unless they are hot subs, which some find unusual. Overall, the restaurant is appreciated for its cleanliness and friendly staff, though some feel the quality and pricing could be improved.
