Frank Sinatra playing in the background added to the relaxed ambience.I had the Veal Parmason and side of Angele Hair Pasta. For Dessert, Salted caramel Gelato.My server JoJo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This is a family owned business tucked away at the end of the shopping center. I came here around 3pm and was seated immediately. “So I told my family, this place it's small but had really good reviews, let's all try it for my birthday dinner. Let me tell you this, this place did not disappoint. Everyone's meals were so delicious and I mean seriously DELICIOUS!! The service was phenomenal, we had the Penne Bolognese (OMG its what my son and I had and everyone wanted to eat it, omg i want to get it again) and some others had Spaghetti with meatballs (which were gigantic btw but super delicious, i had bite of my wifes lol) and Chicken Parm was super juicy chicken. Then for my birthday they sung and brought this phenomenal lemon cake dessert and OMG everyone was trying to eat my birthday cake slice!! Recommending this place would be an understatement!This is a MUST GO EAT THERE place if you are downtown St. Augustine!!!!“

“Unexpected night out landed us here. Arrived here about 830ish, unfortunately they were out of several items that we were interested in. A singer was here this evening, pleasant atmosphere. I joked that it has a Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel feel to it.Service was great, waiter was very polite and social.Food was amazing. Steak was tender, sweet potato fry things were seasoned perfect. Great flavoring. Bread tray was different, the biscuit had an interesting scent to it, possibly an orange scent or flower. Can't place it.Would definitely come back.“

“The Best Veal Cutlet Parm Hero I have Ever had! Meatball Parm Hero is also a Winner! Brings me back to going to an Italian Deli on Long Island when I was Younger. The Deli has Great People working there and some Fantastic Pasta that I have purchased. Love this Place!!!“

“This was the best pizza joint we’ve experienced in a while! My family and I loved it! The pizza was great. We got it by the slice…they know exactly how to heat up that slice, too. We tried the garlic knots…YUM! And, at the recommendation of our airbnb host we tried the pizza pinwheels…AMAZING! Everyone who was working there was working hard, but they were so nice if you had questions. It was a great experience . Oh, and we got cannoli to go…once again, we were not disappointed.“

We tasted some of their mac-n-cheese specialties [they're great by the way], but were too full to order any. Even though we are not from St. Augustine, we may need to find an excuse to drive back!“

“We arrived early for our reservation, (highly recommended). As we were waiting for the rest of our party, Cindy came out and asked if we would like something to drink, while we wait. That alone impressed me. Next we were seated quickly after a few others made us welcome. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Our server Anne-Marie, made our whole experience an amazing one. We started out with “Garlic Knots”, that were the best. Next our entrees were some of the best meals I have ever eaten! We had Ziti with meatballs, Flounder, Chicken Wings, and an incredible Chicken Marsala, over a bed of angel hair pasta, with a perfect balance of mushrooms. We finished the meal with Tiramisu. The locals are correct about this being one of the best restaurants in town. We will definitely be back very soon.“

“Best Italian Pot Roast EVER! My husband and I split this entree and we were both full!! We sat outside on the porch since it was a lovely evening. Great service. The pizza and other Italian dishes we saw looked amazing as well. The only reason we didn’t eat there again is we were only in town 3 nights and had other places on our list to check out…however, next trip to St Augustine we will return! Thank you!!!“

“The friendliest and happiest wait staff ever! It appeared everyone that came through the door were locals as they knew the waitstaff. We had a large thin crust veggie pizza. The pizza was excellent only to be outdone by the tiramisu. We will definitely miss be back.“

“This week my family and I had the pleasure of eating at La strada Italian restaurant. The wait staff was knowledgeable about the food and specials, our food was intricately delicious. The restaurant was quaint, clean and above else tased amazing!!! So glad we found this place in our vacation.“

“We do not visit St. Augustine nearly as much as we used to due to the surplus of tourists. My husband's colleague suggested this restaurant when we visited overnight. My hubs is not a fan of seafood but his colleague and myself are so we chose the happy medium. We put our name down for another restaurant and stopped here for drinks and an appetizer while we were waiting. We were greeted immediately by a host. We decided to grab a drink at the bar and then decided to sit at a table so we could indulge in an appetizer and be comfortable. The bar was packed but the restaurant tables were empty for the most part. We decided to split the Frito Misto so hubs could have the veggies. It tasted fresh and was actually enough for the three of us. I was hoping to visit here again but just noticed they were permanently closed. It truly is unfortunate because I really thought the food and service were great.“

“Hey, I’m not sure if this email will find anyone but I have a small concern.I’ve ordered 4 or 5 times and the pizza is really good…. But tonight I feel like the ball was dropped. I ordered half veggie and half meat and it looks like they just put the bare minimum of toppings on the meat side.The in house employees were all very busy and by the time I realized the pizza was “skimpy” I was already home.Please let me know what can be done to fix this.I’m not a fan of public reviews soI tried to find a management email address online but I had no luck“

“This little gem is now our favorite restaurant in all of St. Augustine!! Simply the best food, service, and atmosphere! My mom and I went here several times during our 10 day stay because we just could not get enough. The owner, Mr. G, treated us like VIP and there is this beautiful sense of mutual respect and camaraderie between him and his staff. They all treated us like family. We even met the chef! The Chilean Sea Bass was our favorite dish, it is a must try!! The bartenders are absolute pros and made top notch drinks. We highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back. We miss it already. Thank you, Mr. G, for your wonderful hospitality and great company!! You made our stay at St. Augustine so much more memorable ❤️“

“As delivery pizza goes, you're not going to find anything better in St. Augustine. Their delivery area is the largest, covering most of the city, from just North of the airport, all the way down to SR 206, and from the beach to I95 and beyond. Everything is made fresh, the kitchen is clean, and the delivery is FAST! Open every day of the year until 3AM, including ALL holidays.I recommend the pepperoni rolls, which is pepperoni and provolone cheese rolled up in dough. After baking, they're brushed with garlic butter, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. I also like the BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and onions added.Vegetarian options: Just don't order meat on your pizza. Boom!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza available.“
