“The waiter was soooo nice. She even taught my brother maderin! The gyoza was decadent with a savory and salty inside. The sweet sauce was a perfect to top it off. The dough was stretchy and perfect. We also got complimentary fried crab. I got the Teriyaki steak. It came on a steaming platter and I felt so special. Like it was my birthday. It was enough to make a grown man cry. It came with some Fried rice wincing was a little bland, but suited well with the steak. It was sweet and a little Carmely along with the juicy vegetables. It was quite delectable. Give the server a raise. I love her so much!! Anyway great place you must come or I’m forcing you ?“

“Apr 2024: Came in on a Saturday night around 7:30-8pm. Place filled up fast and every table had diners. We got the yakitori, crab rangoons, 3 different sushi rolls (shrimp mango, rock n roll, crab), and chicken hibachi. Everything was fantastic! They even gave us a mini appetizer and mini dessert on the house! Also got 2 hot sakes. The experience here was amazing and food was excellent! Prices are fantastic too. I highly recommend!“

“If I didn't live in St. Augustine, I'd make a point to visit Baitong every time I came to town.Baitong Thai & Sushi is legit Thai food and really fresh sushi. I've never enjoyed curry as much as I've enjoyed the panang and massaman curries here at Baitong. One of the chefs is from Thailand and his recipes are authentic and homemade. Or so he tells me! :)Their sushi is equally spectacular, with wild caught salmon cleaned fresh on site. If I go too long without eating here, I really start to crave their food. I recently brought my family to Baitong while they were visiting from San Diego. Each of them raved about each dish and wanted it a second day in a row.Lastly, the owner Henry is incredibly hospitable and always kind to me and my family. One of my favorite meals in the US!“

“The food here is very good. There is flavor in every bite. I had the Pad Thai with Duck. You will not leave here hungry. The meal was enough to share with someone. The Thai Iced Tea is delicious too. If you are in Saint Augustine and want authentic cuisine, you definitely need to stop by this place. “*vegan review* My in-laws, husband, and I stopped here for lunch on a day trip to St. Augustine and really enjoyed our food! Hubby and I split two orders of pad see ew (easily modified to be vegan) and an order of the pad kra-pow basil. “Nice little sushi restaurant. The prices are a tad high for the food quality, but it's a quaint little restaurant. The quantity of sashimi you receive is good for the price, but the maki/rolls are expensive. We tried this place a few years ago and they watered down their soy to save money. Now they seem to have quit that practice. We've been back twice now, and it's definitely a decent sushi restaurant. Just be careful what you order, especially the rolls. Most we've tried are only 5pcs per roll. I suggest getting a boat for the $.“

“I don't even know where to begin with this place. This could be my new favorite sushi spot, and I'm not just saying that in St. Augustine, but in the entire state of Florida. The owner and chef, "Tuna," is the man and has crazy skills when it comes to putting together the most delicious dishes I've ever had. The sushi was top-notch, and the ramen was out of this world. The service was amazing, and they even have a special fridge on the side with some exotic fish. You need to try their off-menu items, so make sure to ask about them. The prices are reasonable, and the sushi is of the highest quality I've had in the area. As someone who loves sushi, this place is a gem. I know it won't stay hidden for too long, so make sure to visit while you can because this place is not playing around. I had the best meal of my life last night.“

“Great restaurant. The majority of the workers in there are Thai, so I feel comfortable that the food will be somewhat authentic. Great dishes, and I am glad to try their pad thai that tasted better than any other places I had before.Great service as well. “The only thing that knocked this down was the waiters lack of experience on how to pour a beer. You can't fit 14.5 oz in a 12 oz glass so 2.5 oz landed on the floor. Great walk up bar for inside/outside people that need service.Parking: The parking is minimal at the restaurant, but across the street is beach parking. Summer time it can be hard to find parking in either, but if you eat around 6 you should be fine.“
