“A group of us went to Sonnys on the Fourth of July for lunch. The ribs were very good some said the best they’ve ever had. I had the big meal deal with the beef sandwich and the beef was very tender. Service was great. Only thing we miss is the salad bar🥲“

“We tried Mojo BBQ for the first time last Friday night during Nights of Lights. We walked right in and sat at the bar. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Drinks were good and food came out pretty fast and was delicious! Will definitely go back during our next St. Augustine visit.“

“I really want to give it five stars all around, however they didn’t have a citrus barbecue sauce like shorties in Miami. Kudos to the chef who gave me burnt ends in my sandwich. Normally they just put it in the beans. Thank you, Jesus for all the peacocks they were entertaining.

“This is a great spot! It’s located right on the main strip, so it’s easy to get to with parking on site. They have beer as well as a full liquor bar and in my opinion are better priced than most bars around here. The side bar has a bit of a dive bar feel, which I love! And as a cute plus there was this kitty on site, which was purrfect! 🐈‍⬛

“We had an awesome server (older lady I wish I could remember her name!). Everyone was happy with their food, the atmosphere, and they sat 8 people at a nice large ROUND table :) Kid friendly as child was given kids menu with crayons which kept her happy the whole time :)

“Eating bbq is literally my passion. I have tried so many bbq places I have lost count. If you like bbq this place will not disappoint. The homemade bbq sauce is insane I could drink it. The meat is smoked to perfection. I have waited so long to try this place when I was walking back to my truck with my food i was smiling ear to ear I just knew it was going to be good. I tried the brisket, pork ribs, burnt ends and pulled pork all of it was phenomenal. They were sold out of the mac which I was hoping to try which must mean it is good. I will be a life long customer. Thank you!“

“The grand opening of the Texas Roadhouse in St. Augustine was a bustling affair, with diners pouring in non-stop. The managers and staff were well-prepared and eager to serve. As I arrived, I noticed the addition of a To Go walk-up window, a fantastic concept that I'll surely use in the future. Our dining experience was delightful, thanks to our server Taylor. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, making our time there enjoyable. Despite my son running late, she remained patient as I held the table for an extended period. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice Nay, one of the servers, who stood out from the rest. She was not only efficient and diligent but also showed compassion and care. I watched in awe as she communicated with an elderly couple using sign language, engaging them in full conversations. The couple looked so happy and appreciative of Nay's genuine personality, and I was equally impressed. I made sure to inform Nay's manager, Chase, of my observations. The staff's genuine desire to make the dining experience enjoyable is what will bring me back in the near future.“
