“Staff acts like they are doing you a favor by existing. The food is poorly constructed garbage. The wait time is long, which is worth it for good decent food, but not here. Served an egg sandwhich with not even enough egg to cover 1/2 of one piece of toast. Asked for another egg, was refused. The woman then walked into the kitchen right next to us and starting talking negatively about me knowing I could hear. I was with my 4 and 7 year old and my daughter noticed it. She has a reputation in town for being nasty. She assumes you are a tourist and doesnt care about the quality of her product because she counts on you not coming back to the town anyway. She already has your money, who cares if you had good service or decent food. The bathrooms are as gross as the way you are treated as a patron. Read all the reviews SOOOO many are people having the same experience!“

“I was already a life-long customer of Dutch Bros, but I have to say that the service we received tonight was the best customer service that I have experienced in years, maybe ever.
The coffee's are always on point, delicious taste & quality ingredients. 10/10
Tonight, Emily took care of us at the drive thru and helped my wife and I resolve a problem that we had with our order (user error, our fault, not hers). She was extremely happy to help us and was friendly the entire time. She was personable and genuine. She went out of her way to include our seven year old in the experience and make it great for him.

“It only took 1 morning for us to fall in love! Then we came every morning the rest of our week vacation. From the coffee to the owners everything is first-rate!! Heck I even learned how to make pie crust and quiches because their’s is so good! Such a great place to sit with friends or snuggle up on the front porch swing with a good cup of joe and a book. “Wow! Came here because Calico Cactus supports the community (teacher appreciation love), but will return often because it was a great experience! Amanda, Robin and Isabel treated us like we were family! It's so clean and lovely inside! The food was out of this world! I'm not a big fan of breakfast tacos but now I can get enough! The way the homemade tortilla wraps softly around the crispy potato and scrambled egg made it the perfect handheld! The cheeses and sauces tied it together with great flavor and right amount of kick. The iced coffee cooled me down on a hot summer day-such a perfect brunch! Can't wait to bring friends!“

“I got a London fog latte on 10/3/2022. I also got one last week from the same Starbucks. Both times the person taking the order was super friendly. I forgot what my order name was and they helped me out. Both times the person who took my payment was super friendly and chatty. I felt nice after leaving. Drinks were super hot, exactly what I ordered.Also no line, which I know is nothing they can control if a bunch of cars show up, but the 11am timeframe is great!“

“I ordered the croissant and iced chai. Both were good even if the iced chai was a bit too sweet. The location is great and very convenient if you are sightseeing around St Augustine and the building it is in is also gorgeous. However the sitting space inside was a bit limited but service was quite fast.“

“There is not enough Stars for the Starbucks on State Road 16 in St Augustine Florida I think there needs to be an option to add more stars because their customer service was phenomenal I'm talking about I felt a good Hospitality this is serious and her service not just hers every lady that was in that store came across with excellent quality and customer service so I told the lady I think I know what I want but I don't I want a coffee with a lots of espresso and with flavor and she recommended me the new brown sugar oats shaking espresso delicious that lady knows her business great job thank you all I knew is I wanted coffee“

We love your town, and have come 4 times to this particular DD! people are friendly, and let me tell you the guy that cooks the sandwiches, he told me his name was Alex, made me the most PERFECT bacon jam grilled cheese! I came yest. , and asked what it tasted like (girl at register couldnt describe, but alex did! ) so i decided to come w my mom back to this DD instead of hotel breakfast to give a try and WOW! cheese pull, toasted to perfection … i LOVED IT!!
