“Cool Nate’s Boba is hands-down the best boba I’ve ever had! I loved it so much I went two days in a row while visiting St. Augustine. Leah was wonderful—so kind, patient, and helpful. She helped me choose the right sweetness level (30% was just fine- not too sweet!) and even surprised my daughter with a custom drink when she couldn’t decide. My daughter absolutely loved it. Between the amazing drinks and the excellent service, this is a must-visit spot. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Really appreciated the vibe of the shop and artistry if the man making the ice cream. It was very satisfying to watch it be all made in front of you. Definitely recommend! I believe it’s organic ice cream as well which is a plus.

“My daughter is a vanilla purest and this is her favorite place to crush a cone. We always have her order independently, and the employees (often young adults) are so kind and patient with her. She recently broke her leg, and all she wanted was Whits after. With many options to choose in the area, this is our go to.“

“This place was recommended to me by a friend so we decided to stop by. Upon entering, you can see that the atmosphere was young and fun, and the owners liked art. There was only one person working, and the individual was friendly but definitely working hard. Unfortunately, because there was only one person working there was a little bit of a wait
However, once the wait was over and we got our sweet treats, they were yummy. It was the first time I'd ever heard of mixing Italian ice with soft serve ice cream , so I had to give it a try. I tried the oreo Sunday. It was a very flavorful, light, and great treat to help with Florida's heat and humidity“

“My husband and I loved the cookies so much, we went two nights in a row. You may want to let your sandwich sit for a couple of minutes before you attempt to take a bite, as they are initially frozen pretty hard. The two flavors we tried: Cream Brulee’ and Peanut Butter Brownie were delicious. I see that other reviewers highlighted issues with staff interactions. Of note, the young lady working Thursday night (9/18) was particularly friendly and helpful! This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in St Augustine and want something more special than the typical tourist trap snacks.“

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! Next time I want some Poutine and another sandwich! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“I’m a regular here, usually stopping by Monday mornings around 8am on my way to work. I love this place—the coffee is great, and the cozy vibe inside makes it a perfect start to my day. The only issue I’ve run into during my last four visits is with the QR code scanning. I use a prepaid gift card on my app, and it often takes about five minutes to get it to work. Hopefully this can be smoothed out so the checkout process is as enjoyable as everything else here!“
