Great smoothie, pricey but worth it.
This is the closest location to my job. I'm here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. This is also the location where I've had the best experience with Customer Service and product quality. Til today. Another customer was able to grab my Protein Smoothie and drink some of it before he was told it wasn't his. Honest Mistake. My main complaint is the Heavenly Bowl that I get every visit was prepared in a 20oz Smoothie cup. Not sure if this was a mistake or this is an actual policy going...read full review

Planet Smoothie offers excellent customer service with a clean location. However, some customers have had issues with the quality of their smoothies. With a dedicated regular employee, Allison, who provides fast and friendly service, the overall experience is positive despite occasional disappointments with the product.
