“I visited this location with my mother August 06, 2025. We both ordered a combo meal, mine was a 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp & I was SO craving these as we had been there a month or two ago & I really had enjoyed them & the side & biscuit were exceptional in my opinion. On this day my order seemed to be a bit older, was disappointed quickly as shrimp was so chewy not as good. Within a few mins I believe it was a manager that approached our table asking if we were enjoying our meal & I do not normally say anything, but he was so kind to come over & ask I did mention & this young man went out of his way to make all a great experience, offered to replace with freshly cooked popcorn shrimp & then he returned to kitchen but when I tried I lit up with joy as they were great & looked up to find this man & saw him looking & gave him a thumbs up & he smiled & it made for a great experience - I thought he was so kind, generous with his offer, handsome :) but more importantly he seemed to be a truly wonderful human & that is worth leaving a comment for these days. THANK YOU KIND SIR!! ;) It had been a rough day, my mother & I were a bit heavy with some difficult emotions some grief & financial worry - you turned our day around made it so much better LOVE YA! We will be back :)“
