This man works very hard under very busy atmosphere, I meant to leave a review from past experience but I didn't know the young man name! Thank you Ronnie your customers service is what makes me and my family come back to pop eyes!! I recommend eating here!!“
“I stopped in for quick lunch break. The inside was busy and they were short handed. The team got everyone taken care of quickly with a smile and management even served customers to help. It was nice to see ppl get the job done. Even if it isnt always easy. I will be back.“
“I ordered my food through the drive thru and I wasn't asked for flavor of chicken. I then told them I wanted Spicy and was told it would be 10 min. The timing was fine but the order was wrong. The manager fixed it and the meal was hot! I appreciate that though I had to wait, my order was corrected.“
“Came in for a T-Mobile Tuesday. Online orders were not working. Although I couldn’t get the deal, the GM, “Vee” immediately began troubleshooting and called tech support to fix the issue. The entire team was polite and ready to work!!! From the cooks to the drive through worker and the cashier. They walked me through the best order option and handle everything professionally. This is my best Popeyes experience in 10 years & the ONLY location I will frequent.“
“The food was very fresh although I was a little disappointed they didn't have the strawberry pie but other than that everything else was great. The coke tastes like it comes out of those freestyle machines and all carbonated drinks are watered down in those no matter what establishment so stick to the brewed sweet tea.“
“Ever again. Popeyes is my favorite place but I work too hard for my money to spend it on terrible service. Employees who look at you while standing in the kitchen and not even acknowledging you. I would rather go to KFC and even spend more money on my food than to to deal with the horrible customer service this place provides.“

Offer - 10pcs Signature Chicken Mild
I was told it would be ready for pickup at 6 pm.
I got there at 5:55 pm and stayed in the line for 10 minutes, once I got to the ordering speaker I anonouce I was picking up my order. The voice said pickups must come in side. Have to wait another 5 minutes to get to the window and I showed my order for pickup at the window but I was rudly instructed to go park and come in. Once inside they could not find my order. They called assistant manager and he said they don't have my order then the manager came and I showed my cell with the order that was placed and payed for online. After they fumbled through the computer and receipts that were by the register he said they don't have the order but he'll get the order once the new batch of regulars come out in 30 minutes. He left the store after 5 min and I asked if he had made sure the help knew what to do. .are the story short the new batch came out and they started serving new customers that came after me. I called the assistant manger and inquired zabout my order after Lagann saying they don't have the order finally they gave me my order after over an hour waiting for it.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN GET POPEYES.
Specially at this POPEYES on Hillsborough.
They don't even deserve 1 star!“
