“This is the first time I have physically been inside this particular Subway. It's very nice and clean. Subs were prepared exactly as requested. The soft music playing in the background adds a nice ambiance. I did not feel rushed with my order and I am told the 4 subs I ordered were delicious. Mine tasted great also.“

Third party online through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub as well as catering through our app, call in or EZ-Cater. We have gluten free rolls. The hot sauce bar is also back! “The employees are always great and we are regulars. the subs are delicious. but they are getting smaller. the biggest problem is the place is dirty. needs a good scrub down and maintained thru out the day. need to keep up with wipping down the tables. bathroom is gross. the condition of the place is pushing me away.“

“I am a frequent customer and a big fan of your cheesesteaks and fries. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent change in how pickup orders are packaged.
On my last two visits, my cold drink was placed in the same bag as my hot fries and cheesesteak. This resulted in the meal becoming room temperature. Who likes room temperature fries? When I mentioned this, the staff noted they were trained to package orders this way, likely to accommodate Uber drivers. Unfortunately, this significantly impacts the quality of the food.
Moving forward, could you please ensure that cold drinks are packaged separately from hot items? I would appreciate it if you could look into this to ensure the food stays hot for pickup customers.“
