“Twice there has been an issue with my order but the manager on duty Eli, was very polite as he corrected my order. This place is busy! Expect a wait to order even though staff is moving efficiently. If there is a problem, Eli will fix it. But should he be the only manager on duty?
The food is great! the staff is young and inexperience shows. If I were Culver's, I would provide more supervision but I still recommend this place for families, friends or solo dining.“

Seveice is quick and servers are usually polite and knowledgeable about their products. The grounds are always neat, clean and manicured. A good place to go at any time of the day.“

“I love Arby's we have a great restaurant right next to our house with a great staff there a really good food and they always send us special offers by text and they leave coupons in the mailbox. Love the roast beef and cheddar sandwiches love the Gyros, the corned beef on marble rye is better than a Jewish delicatessen and how about those terrific milkshakes and don't forget the curly fries.“

By far the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. The store was out of soda entirely to start off our visit. I ordered the grilled chicken club and the cashier accidentally rung it up wrong. After sitting down I noticed the honest mistake and brought it up to the counter. I offered to pay for the bacon and the cheese to make the order a club. The waitress said that’s fine they would just fix it because it was their mistake. I sit down with my friends who had already picked up their food and 10 minutes passed before an employee came out and told me the only options are for them to remake the sandwich or bring me the toppings in a bowl. I told her that I had not received any food, so I asked if they could put the toppings on the sandwich because I had not gotten anything yet. She said she would go back to ask, another 10 minutes pass and no one came out yet. I go up to the counter again to ask for an update and they said they are working on it. I go back to the table to sit down and a female manager comes to the table to say I haven’t paid the for cheese and bacon so they needed payment to bring it to me. Which I had already offered to do multiple times. They ask for the $2.00, which i immediately give them so I can hopefully get my order. They come back with my regular grilled chicken sandwich without the bacon and the cheese that they had me pay separately for. I walk up to the counter a third time to ask for the cheese and bacon only to be told again they are working on it. I spent over 30 minutes waiting on my food and the staff was not easy to work. As a former chick fil a team member this location is no where near chick fil a standards for customer service.“

“I went to the drive through this morning 08/12/2024 and young gentleman at the window was Grade A customer service and manager. It’s nice to go to a drive through and have people like them working. They didn’t look at you like they hated you arrived, which is often in fast food. I just want them to know I appreciate them. This is the second Hardee’s that it’s been like this. I’m in customer service myself and it really is going to motivate me to come to hardee’s before the rest. Thank you.?“

“I just came from drive-thru when this location opened up for breakfast. Unfortunately, the wait turned into 15 plus minutes. The customer behind me was yelling and getting very upset due to excessive wait. I attempted to blow my horn and knock on window to get someone's attention. There was a manager who was walking near the window, but would not acknowledge me. I heard her say, " they will have to wait". An associate came by the windows shortly after the manger walked out of sight and opened the window. I explained that the customer behind me was getting upset. I pulled up to the second window, so the customer behind me could calm down, since my sandwich was not ready.

I would not recommend coming here when this location is opening up for the day, not convenient in drive thru.“

“One of the best taco bell stores, being here many times food is made fresh never had a cold hot item or soggy item. Service is great and they show pride in their product . I have a store less than 5 minutes from home but I would rather make the 20 minute drive to this one they are that good.“

“This place has definitely improved. My time in their drive thru was quick, my two whopper meals were made just right, fries were fresh, and milkshakes were thick and creamy. The staff from The manager down, i think her name was Christina, were friendly and helpful. The place was clean, and a happy energy. I will definitely be back.“

“To start with id love to say Quay was very efficient and is always the hardest working in the store EVERY SINGLE TIME I've visited here. I have a severe allergy and Quay always makes sure i get everything done safely and correct. 10 stars for the customer service provided by that specific employee and Devonte? I think was his name. Drive thru? NO! Very very slow service always! If I could give 0 stars for drive thru I would! 15 minutes waiting at the speaker is ridiculous. And it's not a once in a blue moon thing either. I eat at this location at least once a week and it's always the same. The 2 in drive thru look completely unaware of what speed of service and customer means. Multiple orders and only the 2 on the line were working. Hire more people or get employees that actually care about their job . 500 second speed of service on the timer is not acceptable

“I arrived in the noontime when it was very busy for lunch. Despite how busy it was they were very quick to deliver my food after the order. Super kind and efficient people. The place was clean, neat, and one of the nicer locations out of the ones I’ve been to throughout my life. The burger and fries were delicious. The fries were a perfect crispy texture with just the right amount of salt. And my classic chocolate birthday frosty was such a nice refreshing treat to contrast the hot day. I would definitely go again. (Also I have to mention that I repeatedly saw the workers cleaning the table surfaces and floor so the place was kept looking spick and span).“
