Cut 38 Steakhouse is a bustling restaurant with a great ambiance, especially on a beautiful night in South Florida. The outside bar seating and patio seating overlooking the parking lot provide a fantastic atmosphere. The staff, including the Manager/Host and server, were friendly and attentive, making dining a pleasant experience. The 16-ounce NY Strip steak with sides like Loaded Baked Potato and fresh cut fries was delicious and cooked to perfection, not needing any additional sauce. The homemade Lava Cake with Ice cream was outstanding as well. The restaurant offers high-quality food, although some may find the prices a bit high compared to similar places. Despite some slow service issues, the understanding staff made the dining experience enjoyable. Overall, Cut 38 Steakhouse delivers on all aspects, impressing diners and promising a return visit.
