And the fried ravioli was top notch, even though it was after 9:30 on a Saturday night (most bars/restaurants would just plop something out at this time, but you guys did right by me).
All around I had a great time while watching my Seattle Seahawks winning a big game. I'm hoping to come back for the NFL playoffs.

“Carolina Ale House in Weston has become the go-to spot for Saturday night fight nights for myself, my friends, and my work associates. Over the past few years, they have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate our group, no matter how busy or hectic fight nights get. Shannon and Jacob are absolute standouts — and even on nights when they aren’t able to work or directly assist us, they still go well out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of. That level of follow-through and care, even when they’re not personally serving us, truly sets them apart. The management team as a whole does an incredible job ensuring everything runs smoothly, from seating to service to the overall fight-night experience. It’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of consistency, hospitality, and appreciation for repeat guests. “Atmosphere was great… Drinks were on point, Food was good, although my steak was significantly over cooked. But the service 😫 my Gawd was terrible I couldn’t have sent my steak back if I wanted cuz the waitress never came to check in… Let’s not mention the busier dropped a handful of dishes in front of our table, picked up the big stuff leaving a slippery mess and a little girl fell in it 💔 Next time we’ll try dining at the bar I guess, I really want to love this place… First impression wasn’t good!!!“
