Usually we love the food at Firehouse subs but today October 20th. My husband got the meatball sub he enjoyed it, I got the new Turkey cranberry/dressing Sub, very disappointing, too much dressing, not much turkey and was chopped not sliced and very little cranberry sauce on the sandwich nothing like the picture. I would not buy it again. But again we normally like Firehouse subs.

Ordered through the app, I wish there was some way to edit preferences for your sandwich through the app because I don't like pickles or the smell of them AT ALL, just ruined the sandwich. The bread was dry, needed more mayo & less mustard. Probably wouldn't have been an issue if there was a way to select preferences in the app. I've ordered Hook & Ladder many times in the past, but unfortunately this was the least appetizing experience I've had.
