Website says Hot Light hours start at 4pm. We get here At 4:10pm and are told Hot Light doesn't start until 5pm. We eat cold donuts. Please UPDATE your website. This is important. We came from New Hampshire and adjusted our day to meet your Hot light as indicated on your website. Maintain your website accordingly.
The following represents my opinion of this restaurant. The donuts were good as usual but the attitude of the woman gathering the donuts for us and our grandchildren acted like she wished we would get the hell out of the restaurant. She never smiled, didn't have much to say. I got the impression we were keeping her away from something else she would rather do, like not working for a living. A drive through coffee order at 3am Sunday morning was uneventful but appreciated. There were zero vehicles in line (at 3am) so I was able to place my order and get my coffee quickly. I was surprised to find them open but grateful. I did not get any doughnuts to go, I probably should've LOL. The person at the drive through was very courteous. So 4 stars for being open, good service and for having delicious coffee!
