Every time I go to this location, the customer service is horrible. Staff speaks to all customers very rough, they are loud and aggressive. Every employee is angry or grumpy. No smiles or greetings and definitely no thank you. I only went again because it was nearby. Perhaps it’s time for a change of tastebuds. I can’t respectfully appreciate the service here.

After a rough experience elsewhere, this Popeyes was a breath of fresh air. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and everything moved quickly even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean, the service was on point, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely reminded me why Popeyes is a go-to. We’ll be back for sure!

I list specific sauces in my order and I'm given the incorrect ones every time. I also order Mac N Cheese, which is an upcharge on my order and they do NOT fill the cup up all the way, leaving half of it empty.
The food is delicious and made well when it is served fully and correctly.
