Anytime I order traditional wings I asked for them to be well done/fried hard. The cashier ordered it accurately and at my request verbally told the cook to make them hard. Failed at the first attempt and on the 2nd attempt this is what they served me🤔😳😳🤯🤬 🤬🤬 I’ve complained of this numerous times online now Everyone and hopefully corporate will be aware.
I work near this Zaxby’s so I eat here quite often. Today is a Saturday it is 5:30 pm, and I waited in line for 30 minutes, and when I got to the speaker I sat there for 10 minutes before anyone even asked for my order. I had four cars in front of me.
