Great experience & definitely LOVE the employees there 🤣
I will not be eating Zaxbys anymore because of this location. Every time I order I’m always giving the wrong thing or the food isn’t made right then to top things off when you call to tell them the order is wrong they have poor customer service. ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT YALL MESSED UP. Most of us worked 10+ hours a day. We don’t want attitude when YALL mess up our food. It’s not our fault. Hope y’all can train better. I ask for a house salad and some chicken fingers tossed in sweet and spicy. I get my order... it’s a house salad WITH tossed fingers on the top. I tell them that I wanted three separately... they don’t understand. From the window I hear a lot of yelling back and forth.
