About Zaxby's

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many diners appreciate the fresh and flavorful food, with one reviewer noting how the assistant manager personally prepared a salad to accommodate allergies. The staff is generally described as friendly and helpful, with a particular mention of a worker named Drew, who provided polite and attentive service. However, there are concerns about food quality and order accuracy. A customer expressed disappointment with the Lemon Pepper Meal, stating it lacked flavor, while another highlighted the issue of overcooked chicken and incorrect to-go orders. Despite these criticisms, the dining area is reported to be clean and well-stocked, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, while Zaxby's has its strengths in flavor and service, inconsistencies in food preparation and order accuracy remain challenges for the restaurant.
