“I order take out. Last night my eggplant Parmesan was incredibly delicious. Prepared as I requested. I noticed some dumb reviews of a couple eating in. Complaining about that dish and cloth napkins lol. Apparently he has never dinned in a fine restraints. That you for the enjoyable meal amongst others I have ordered.“

“This is your 5 star with classic, real family ties, food. The service is always above what you would expect. You still see chef Angelo. Menu items have family roots. Fresh is always key but the food is hand selected. Pistachios from certain regions. Pork chops of a specific type. Prosciutto aged 24 months. Top notch! I’ve been dining here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.“

Tonight, we started with the Calamari, Caesar, and house salads. For our mains, we had the Mussels in red sauce, Eggplant Parmigiana (do yourself a favor and ask for it with the Bolognese sauce—absolutely worth it! Thank me later!), and the Mussels & Clams in champagne sauce. We wrapped up with a perfectly done Crème Brûlée for dessert. The drinks are strong, tasty, and always hit the spot. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. White table cloths, water in wine glasses, it is FANCYYYY. But even us walking off the street (without a reservation) we were treated with the same attention & respect as anyone. What I assume is the owner, didn't hesitate to serve us, take our used forks between meals and replace them, and fill our water glasses when low. Clearly takes pride in the establishment. “If you’re not prepared for authentic, European-style Italian food, this might not be the place for you—but if you are, you’re in for a treat. I was so happy with both my meal and the service. It’s rare in South Florida to find tomato sauce made from real tomatoes rather than a can, but here, nothing tastes pre-made or shortcut.

No disrespect to other restaurants that use premade ingredients (I understand costs add up), but this spot is exactly what you pay for: quality. The olive oil was outstanding, the focaccia bread was out of this world, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy.

Even though I ordered something very simple, it was executed perfectly. I left genuinely impressed and can’t wait to come back.“
