We are regulars here and always have a great experience…however, tonight our server Alejandro was OUTSTANDING!! When we thought Olive Garden could get no better, Alejandro succeeded in raising the bar incredibly higher!!! He went over and beyond to make this a very special occasion for all of us: his stellar customer service…his attentiveness to what we wanted…his fantastic sense of humor kept the smiles on our faces from beginning to the very end. “Rarely review. But had the best pasta dish I've ever eaten - rigatoni a la Norma - at this intimate, quiet gem near (but just far enough) from Las Olas. The owner even explained quality ingredients, how to make it at home and report back, though quite sure it won't taste this good. Excellent wines. Try any of their specials (the Norma) but also the lasagna Bolognese - the owners' regional specialty - or the Vongole, pizzas. And desserts - panna cottas and tiramisu. All made fresh 🙏“

“May 2026, customer service was wonderful and our food was delicious. Our Server brought bread and olive oil to the table to start that was delicious. I ordered the Eggplant that was perfectly made along with a glass of wine, and my friend ordered the VITELLO PICATTA that was also delicious with a side of pasta. Prices are $$$ for dinner. My only complaint is that I had to walk out into the lobby of the building to use the bathroom it is not inside the restaurant. There is plenty of parking, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding a space.“

“I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special. “We found Elvis Italian Grille while looking for somewhere to eat before a show at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Everything at the hotel was completely booked, so we decided to take a chance on a nearby Italian restaurant with good reviews. I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and tasted like it was made with genuine care. The atmosphere was the perfect blend of upscale and casual—elegant enough to feel like a special night out, yet comfortable and welcoming.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. Our waitress was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. Even more impressive, every single member of the staff greeted us when we arrived and thanked us as we were leaving. That kind of hospitality is rare and made us feel genuinely appreciated.
