The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and tasted like it was made with genuine care. The atmosphere was the perfect blend of upscale and casual—elegant enough to feel like a special night out, yet comfortable and welcoming.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. Our waitress was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. “I had such a great experience here tonight. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly—light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The garlic rolls were insane… honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge—definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I’m pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I’m Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion—just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn’t try the pizza this time, but I already know I’ll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing.
