“Great atmosphere, great food always consistent. Had 20 of my friends there for New Year's Eve dinner. Place was packed as it usually is. Walter the owner was greeting guest as they were arriving. We had a 7 o'clock reservation, once we got seated our server Angie started with our drink orders. Let me tell you the service was impeccable; she was great dealing with 20 of us. From appetizers to the main course our food came to the table hot and delicious. Some of my friends were there for the first time and could not believe how well the place ran for a busy holiday. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. His hospitality and the special treatment he provided made me feel like a VIP rather than just a wedding DJ.
