“Milano Italian Grill is the best Italian restaurant in South FL. HOMEMADE, Fresh, Seasoned with LOVE, and very tasty!! The salmon with vegetables is cooked to perfection, not overdone, not undercooked. Great Pasta! & FRESH Comforting Soup!!! Literally my favorite, I absolutely love the Homemade Garlic bread too, it even has onions it, so unique! Thank you for the professionalism and great food!!“

Fresh is always key but the food is hand selected. Pistachios from certain regions. Pork chops of a specific type. Prosciutto aged 24 months. Top notch! We had a 7 o'clock reservation, once we got seated our server Angie started with our drink orders. Let me tell you the service was impeccable; she was great dealing with 20 of us. From appetizers to the main course our food came to the table hot and delicious. Some of my friends were there for the first time and could not believe how well the place ran for a busy holiday. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had the pleasure of dining at Pasta And... while working as the DJ for a wedding being held in their event space. The room was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere for the celebration. While I was there to work, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP guest. The star of the evening was Chef Luigi, who demonstrated his culinary prowess throughout my time at the restaurant. Though I did not know he was the chef at first, he made sure I was well taken care of, offering me a bottle of Pellegrino and various food tastings. When I finally told him to just bring me whatever he recommended, he delivered an off-menu dish of tender, flavorful lamb chops in a delectable sauce, accompanied by fresh, grilled vegetables. The food was truly exceptional - it melted in my mouth and left me craving more. I was amazed that this restaurant, which I had never heard of before, could produce such a high-caliber meal. What really sets Pasta And... apart, though, is the service. Chef Luigi went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and appreciated, even though I was there solely in a working capacity. His hospitality and the special treatment he provided made me feel like a VIP rather than just a wedding DJ. “Rarely review. But had the best pasta dish I've ever eaten - rigatoni a la Norma - at this intimate, quiet gem near (but just far enough) from Las Olas. The owner even explained quality ingredients, how to make it at home and report back, though quite sure it won't taste this good. Excellent wines. Try any of their specials (the Norma) but also the lasagna Bolognese - the owners' regional specialty - or the Vongole, pizzas. And desserts - panna cottas and tiramisu. All made fresh 🙏“

The garlic rolls were some of the best we ever had and the pizza was perfectly prepared. We finished the meal with a wonderful homemade Tiramisu. I highly recommend Cucina Alfresco. “May 2026, customer service was wonderful and our food was delicious. Our Server brought bread and olive oil to the table to start that was delicious. I ordered the Eggplant that was perfectly made along with a glass of wine, and my friend ordered the VITELLO PICATTA that was also delicious with a side of pasta. Prices are $$$ for dinner. My only complaint is that I had to walk out into the lobby of the building to use the bathroom it is not inside the restaurant. There is plenty of parking, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding a space.“

“I can't fully express how exceptional this restaurant is. I organized a sunset cruise for a group of 24 guests, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the provisions (food) we were expecting. In a moment of panic, I contacted the owner, Jackson, and explained the situation, hoping for a backup plan within 30 minutes (sounds impossible 🥵). Not only did he agree to accommodate us, he immediately began preparing for us. Once we arrived, he and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. Our table was beautifully set, complete with a customized and printed menu just for us. He chose 3 dinner options for our party and actually had custom printed menus! Wow!! Drinks, salad, and bread were flowing within minutes, and the food? Absolutely divine—without a doubt the best Italian cuisine we’ve ever had. To top it off, there was a live performer who was fantastic! Totally unexpected, we had no clue there was entertainment but such another great treat. She engaged with everyone, took song requests, and even invited guests to join her to sing. The entire experience, from the atmosphere to the impeccable service, was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Jackson even served our table personally and jumped in to assist his team, going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and special.
