“Well located where the Sweet Tomatoes restaurant served for ages at the hearth of Coral Springs, Fujimura Buffet & Sushi came to fill a void left for years in that area. Fujimura Buffet is not juts another oriental buffet restaurant like the ones we see all over everywhere. The place was well renovated, the atmosphere is right, all clean and well displayed. The food, to be honest, is not extraordinary but don’t get me wrong l, it will please the most exigent palates, but not a 5 star (yet), because a few dishes like oysters for example were not part of the buffet, as well the fried donuts for the dessert and other few “common” dishes offered in the well rated oriental buffets. Prices are very reasonable, maybe to call the attention and bring customers (I hope I am wrong lol). Personnel friendly, Amanda the waitress was very handy and always giving us an excellent service! Overall definitely a place to become a very well known. I hope and wish they keep up and improving the good work keeping the prices reasonable! So yes I recommend it! A+“

“Happy surprise for Boca Raton Florida. Chinese food is just okay across the board in this part of the country, with plenty of spots to choose from. A few good restaurants at best. Straight up take-out the same/just okay. This spot has the goods, overtones of wow, give me more. Dancing flavors, texture profile, spices, each dish has its own mark tapping the taste buds. Quick can mean quality if you know how to cook, and these chefs can cook! “For a take-out only restaurant, we were surprised at the quality of the food -- as well as the quantity. I'd driven by this place before, but there'd never been any open parking spots. It's in a different type of location -- a very small strip of businesses with only a few spots in front -- in the middle of a residential location. We were driving by between lunch and dinner and decided to stop to bring some food home for a later meal. When we stopped by, we got to meet the owners and chef. They were both very welcoming and friendly. He told us about some special meals and made suggestions. He was preparing some blue crabs for his own lunch, and they looked wonderful. You can get some special meals here, off menu, if you preorder. We went with a couple of our usual choices so we could see how they compared. We ordered some pork with Chinese vegetables and an order of Singapore rice noodles. Plus, for me an order of egg roll. The rice noodles were such a large portion that it filled two containers. And we wound up eating several meals from our take home food. The eggroll was very good. I ate one right away! There were two to the order. It had a different crispy wrapper -- it seemed house made. And it was filled with larger bits of meat. I really liked it. There was a lot of large flat pork slices in with the vegetables. In a brown sauce, there was broccoli, bok choy, pea pods, etc. It came with a side container of white rice. The rice noodles were fragrant with curry, but it only had a slight kick (as in not too spicy). There were lots of shrimp, chicken, and pork strips mixed in with the thin noodles. This dish was addictive. We are so glad we stopped to try them. Really one of the better Chinese places we've tried and certainly one of the better take-out places. Wish they were closer, or we'd be there more often.“

Every single time I order, the food is prepared consistently well, portions are huge, and the price is outstanding. One of their dinner combos literally has enough food to feed me for like 3-4 meals, and only costs around $12. That's insane!! My only critique of the food is that things here are not spicy, even if they're indicated as such. Depending on your tastes though, that may be a positive! Point on spice aside, the flavor is on point and I always enjoy my food from this restaurant. If you're unsure of what to order given the big menu, here's a few dishes that are always standouts: - Honey Garlic Wings - Fried Rice (pork or shrimp especially) - Sesame Chicken - General Tso's Chicken - Wonton Soup - Hot & Sour Soup - Szechuan Pork or Chicken - Roast Pork with Chinese Vegetables I am honestly baffled by the recent negative reviews, and I seriously hope you don't let them discourage you from giving this place a try.
