“My husband and I had been meaning to try this place for a while. He ordered the Breakfast Burrito (which was HUGE) and I had the Rock Lobster Scramble, which was VERY good! This place is clean, and staff is amazingly friendly. Madison was very attentive and suggested some of the featured pancakes that they had. We decided to try the Gooey Buns instead, which honestly wasn’t the best. The apples were cold and It just wasn’t what I was expecting. Other than that, the food was very tasty and super quickly served!“

“The service at this location is far better than either of the locations near our home (and it's not bad at those locations). As is the case here because of the location, the difference is always very obvious with restaurants that primarily serve business people who are accustomed to decent service (and usually tip accordingly). “Stopped here for breakfast recently while in Tampa and the food was amazing. I was initially going to kekes but have been there too many times, stumbled upon this gem and it was worth every penny. Cinnamon pancakes were 10/10, no syrup is needed. The breakfast hash was also very good. Had enough food to take some for the road. Only thing I wasnt pleased with is not getting a coffee refill.“

Ranch House is the perfect local restaurant that offers great food, a homey atmosphere and most of all the best waitress Erica that makes you feel welcomed . Erika also makes a very delicious drink called Sparkling Sunrise! If you're looking for a low key local place, stop by the Ranch House!“

“The food was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly — honestly one of the best Waffle House meals I’ve had in a long time. But what really made it stand out was our waitress, Ashley (she had dark red hair ) She was truly incredible.

Even though the place was absolutely slammed, Ashley kept her cool the entire time. She was friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to make every table feel like a priority. She checked in often, made sure everything came out just right, and did it all with the best attitude. You could tell she genuinely cares about her job and her customers.
