“I don’t go to Tampa often anymore, but was in the area as I was dropping my daughter off to prom and couldn’t leave Tampa without going to my old stomping grounds Thee Burger Spot, this place is always hands down serving the best burgers in the area!! Don’t ever pass this place up, my go too burger has always been the creamy one with peanut butter, but was craving the big smack burger and OMG it didn’t disappoint, I didn’t leave bloated like other places or overly stuffed the portions and even the onion thangs were just so on point!! The service here is top notch!! The burger was perfectly coked and seasoned!! Definitely going to have to come back here more often!! Thank you so much!“

“So glad that we discovered Willa this evening. Can't believe that we hadn't found it previously. But discovering it on a Sunday night turned out to be quite a treat. That is their half price wine bottle night as well as the buy one get one chicken schnitzel night. The schnitzel along with it s. Lemon/ dill potato salad were delicious but the focaccia bread starter may have been the star of the show. And then we followed up with some of their homemade, soft serve and absolutely incredible warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie. Our server, Duncan, was terrific. We will be back!!! They were super helpful with menu suggestions and genuinely seemed passionate about their food. I ordered the Tex-Mex Haystack Burger, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while my fiancée loved the BBQ Bacon Burger. The fries were crispy and delicious. “Toni is awesome. She came around and made sure we got our drinks refilled. I never see that happen at any other fast food restaurant. Food was good. I got the West Coast burger, which was a little underseasoned and the patty just does not fit the bun. You need a bigger bun if you’re going to serve a quarter pound hamburger. It is kind of a big mess to eat, but the pickles are good and the grilled onions at a nice touch.“

They truly are a dynamic duo and tremendous service between the two of them. If you are near Tampa airport, visit the restaurant ask for them at the bar and enjoy the atmosphere.“

“I haven't been there in a while because they got my orders wrong from whatever food delivery service sent the food to my house. So I went by the drive-thru today and ordered an Italian combo. I got it home and found out that it was missing the sausage. I can't win. I won't be going back.“

“I've only been to this location twice - once on a crazy busy Saturday late morning and again on a quiet Monday morning. I ordered takeout both times and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. I am rating this location as 4 rather than 5 stars right now because on Saturday, it took 20 minutes after the specified pickup time to receive my order. However, I was SO impressed at the professionalism and courtesy with which the staff treated each other despite the intensely busy day. I will be back and I'll adjust the rating in the future. :)“

“Such good burgers and fries and you just cannot beat the price, located at the bottom of the JW Marriot outside. Just a heads up, you don’t have any indoor seating to this restaurant, there are just a couple picnic table set up outside but the food is outstanding and you can take it inside and eat it at the bar area seating or there’s an outdoor patio seating off of the JW Marriott Bar.“

The wings are always a must and some of the best I've had. Honestly, I've never had a bad meal here. Everything I've tried has been delicious, and exactly what you hope for from a great neighborhood tavern.
