“As someone with food service experience this place is impressive. Everything is fresh, made to order, you can see them make it right in front of you and most importantly the kitchen is CLEAN! Thats how you really know they care. Ive had the chicken strips and fries (my favorite!), wraps, sandwiches, and subs, and they take such care with the ingredients and everything is so fresh and flavorful and the guys are so nice and helpful making suggestions on what might be better its one of my favorite places to stop by after work now.“

“I stopped by over the weekend to see what the hype was all about. My family has been hooked on Zamars for a while now, so I had to try it for myself. I ordered the regular Zamar sweet wings, mac & shrimp, and the food absolutely did not disappoint.

Zamar took our order and he was very easygoing and helpful. The customer service was excellent, and he seems like a very humble person. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I can’t even put into words what an awesome experience we had here! This restaurant has been in my neighborhood for awhile now and I never got around to giving it a try. Well last night my cousin planned a surprise party here for her boyfriend, and WOW, I can’t believe it took me so long for me to visit this place. Where do I begin? Service was TOP notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The first girl who sat us in the room was kind enough to turn the a/c up because it was freezing. She also brought menus and checked up on us often while our group started rolling in. Then our server (a blonde young woman with a hat and ponytail) was also so fun and friendly the entire night! She’d be singing along with us while bringing in food and taking our orders. 🎶 it was really such a great experience with service. Then the atmosphere, that room we rented is awesome!!! I’m not sure how they are able to contain all of the noise and craziness from the outside but somehow they do. & we all had a blast! The multiple screens, the art, the seating and tables, it’s perfect 🤩 Lastly, the food. I’ve been to a lot of wing places but I think these are by far the best wings I have ever had. They are juicy, flavorful and pretty large. The dumplings, kimchi…perfection 🙌🏽👏🏽 If you have been contemplating coming here, please do! You will not regret it. Also, if you need a fun place to have a party with friends, this is it!!!“

“The only place I know that allows you to get FOUR DIFFERENT FLAVORS with a 20 pc wing.Soo many flavor choices, consistent size wings and great portions. Side of fries/fried rice comes in the same container as your main dish(ALOT). Most importantly best price per wings around. I used to save info in my phone to call in order before arriving. Haven’t found a better spot since I moved (took my brother and he agreed). Everytime I’m in town I have to stop by. Not much room to sit and eat there but it’s not necessary. Hidden gem.“

“I love coming here because It’s a little piece of where I’m from up in Maryland. The Pizzas are delicious and heavy unique style all to themselves. The medium pizza is not too big so is easily enough eaten by yourself (Yes, I know that sounds both good and bad) But when you try their pizza you won’t be able to stop.“

“When I tell your you these were so good! I was amazed . I'm Haitian and eat Akra and marinade all of the time, but these are definitely different. I wanted more but I don't need a wide back. Only thing that upset me about this restaurant is the drinks aren't priced fairly THREE DOLLARS FOR A TWELVE OUNCE CAN OF Jipina is INSANE! Our local Haitian market not to far from the restaurant sells them for a DOLLAR! THERES NO WAY! But I love my Haitian people and support Haitian business but we got to do better in certain areas of morality. This was criminal. I'm not sure if it's because it's also a bar but anyway food was good, I'll just avoid the drinks lol when I visit.“

“I recently visited Pizza Kitchen, and I have to say, it was a pretty pleasant experience. We tried a few different pizzas, and honestly, they were all really good. The crust was just the right thickness, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I particularly enjoyed their margherita pizza; it had a great balance of fresh ingredients and flavors.

The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food we received. Overall, Pizza Kitchen is a solid choice if you're in the mood for a casual meal. I can see myself going back for another slice!“

“First time here and got food to go. The staff very friendly and helpful with the menu. I had the Chicken cheese steak. it was delicious. The Chicken was seasoned beautifully. And for $8 a sure deal. I also got an Arabic Salad the dressing was light and refreshing. The lentil soup was good. It had good flavor the lentils were more pureed than other lentil soups i have had. But still good. I’m surprised by these reviews saying they get bad service— I’ve always been served by really polite and friendly people. The drive-through takes awhile but it’s understandable bc they are making it fresh. I’m usually out in under 10 minutes.“

“Ok. I am not a reviewer. Pretty much ever. I’m barely even a commenter on social media. HOWEVER. Exceptions must be made. Tonight I ordered pizza from Westshore, not because I had no dinner plan, but mostly because by the time I got finished fighting all the harpies at Homegoods and Target to finish my Mother’s Day shopping, I no longer cared. Hence, when it took me OVER 30 MINUTES to complete my on-line order due to bugs in their website, I was pretty annoyed, and recalled why I haven’t ordered from them in over a year bc their online ordering is literally a dumpster fire of issues, and I only order pizza anyway when I’m over it and refuse to cook. Nevertheless, I persevered, completed my order, and emerged victorious with a few dollars saved using online coupons and a screen shot of my order confirmation that stated a pick up time of 7:25:16 pm. Pretty specific. So my husband arrived at 7:26 pm, only to receive lukewarm (albeit tasty) pizza, and to be greeted by a sign that read: 14 inch pizzas, BOGO. Obviously, upon learning this I immediately wanted to know why the three pizzas I bought were not subject to this deal, since it is not listed on their website (in fact a bogo coupon that is listed doesn’t work), and I ordered 2 14 inch pizzas and 1 18 inch pizza. Reluctantly, I called the store to ask about the promo, expecting to learn my husband had been mistaken. Nope. 14 inch pizzas, BOGO. Umm. But…. I began to stutter out my explanation of why this was unfair, blah blah blah… bad website blah blah blah… took me 30 minutes to order online blah blah blah… cold pizza blah blah—and do you know what? The manager (owner) didn’t even listen to my whole story. He COMPLETELY COMPED MY ENTIRE ORDER before I could even fully explain. I didn’t even want the whole order comped— I just wanted him to honor the bogo promo not listed online. He told me it was already done and Happy Mother’s Day, so at that point all I could really do was thank him and swallow my indignation along with a slice of tasty veggie pizza. I think he said his name is Mike. I think he said that he just purchased this franchise and is still trying to turn things around. He asked me to follow his store on social media, and said he understood why I gave up on them over a year ago, even though I do like their pizza and salads. Wings are good too actually. I was a bit surprised by this entire exchange to be honest, given the fact that I spent some of my day reporting the $400 that was stolen from my checking account by identity thieves, and the rest of my day weaving my way through over privileged ladies in tropical prints who consider shopping to be a competitive blood sport. I’m not jaded. I’m just tired. So, thank you very much Mike for comping my family’s dinner when you didn’t have to, and thank you for surprising someone who is almost never surprised with your excellent customer service. I have lived in New Tampa for a long time, and it still amazes me that I can patronize the same mom and pop small businesses for years (food, coffee, nails, car wash, dry cleaners— whatever) and the owners/ managers rarely acknowledge that they A) recognize you, and B) appreciate your business. You managed to accomplish both of these feats in a less than 2 minute phone call. I look forward to ordering your pizza more often, and I am actually impressed. I think your chances of success are strong if this is the way you treat your customers. I will be back, and will be recommending Westshore Pizza New Tampa to my friends.“
