Terrible communication I am so tired of calling you guys children and Families so I can know what's going on with my case. Every time I call you guys say I need a new different
document like I don't understand either you don't know what you doing or you guys just don't want to give me the help I really need because I have uploaded so many different documents that you told me to. that at this point is unbelievable that my application is going to be dined. Horrible case workers horrible client relations . Ive been trying to get help for months and everytime i try to talk they tell me im wrong either transfer me or hang up after hours on the phone. Like people want to sit on the phone for the whole day to be rejected after doing everything correctly. Workers dont know policy and dont properly read or remove sanctions. They deny you if they have a bad day or dont want to do any work. These workers suck.
