“I wish I would have gotten the two ladies name they were so nice To me, the first time I came there they made me a Caesar salad wrap but my dog ate it and I came back on Tuesday and told them what had happened. They made a couple jokes about it which made my experience very welcoming and I was able to laugh as well. They are so professional, very polite.“
“I come to this JJ maybe two times per month for lunch. The staff here are incredible. They remember my name and my order every time and have my food ready within 2 minutes of walking in the door every time. They run the place like they own it, cannot say enough good things about this location!“

“I love this location very convenient to everything. A lot of businesses in the area. The employees here were super friendly. They greeted me upon arrival. My sandwich was made really fast, and it was neatly made. I will definitely visit this location again.“
“We eat at this location often and really enjoy it, but the experience can vary depending on who prepares the food. When it’s made well, it’s great. But when basic ingredients that are supposed to come on the sandwich are missing, it really takes away from the meal—we usually end up taking only a couple of bites before losing our appetite.
We’d really appreciate some additional training or consistency across the team. Thank you!“
“I will say, I don’t eat Jimmy John’s often. However, I received exceptional service recently both in the shop and online delivery service. The food is fresh and fast, and quite delicious! Both the manager and staff are friendly and kind, and put love into all the meals. I was truly happy with my service from one of the bikers, Pat! He was kind and attentive, and made sure my order was taken care of. Will definitely be ordering again soon!“

“Shawn at the Jimmy John’s in Fowler Plaza South in Tampa, FL is truly exceptional. I’ve seen him holding down the entire store by himself, working incredibly fast, yet he still takes the time to greet every customer with kindness and a great attitude. Even during a rush, he never lets the workload affect how he treats people.
Our sandwiches are always delicious when he makes them, which shows how much care he puts into his work. What really stands out, though, is his patience. When my children order and sometimes need a moment to decide what they want, Shawn patiently waits and helps them without ever making us feel rushed. I have never once felt any impatience from him.
Employees like Shawn make a huge difference in the customer experience. His work ethic, positivity, and kindness really deserve recognition. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have him!“

“Jimmy john's they served subs and sandwiches. This is my first time to have sandwich here but this was the BEST VEGETARIAN SANDWICH i ever had. Compare too well known SUBWAYS. As per my experience this sandwich is better than subs of subway. Staff is too good with the customer.

“We were there Sunday 8/30 around 2 pm. I was not familiar with this place and let the cashier know. And omg, she was the sweetest. The name on the receipt is Ronne. She explained, made me feel comfortable. I said that I need one sub for tomorrow and she made some suggestions. The other two gentlemen were nice as well. I liked their 5.99 8 inc sandwich deal. Delicious !“
