Terrific place all the way. We love the combo sandwiches. Staff is very helpful and take their time explaining their different cuisine. I also love all their drinks and desserts.
The atmosphere, whether you are waiting for a pick up or a take out order, is surprisingly elegant and well placed to sit comfortablly and use your mobile or look at their unique menu and items for sale.
Blueberry milk tea was undrinkable (very tart). workers would not replace the drink nor offer a refund. Lowest tip option was 20%. No 15% unless you pick custom. Spend your money elsewhere. sandwiches were 2/5 stars at best (very plain). Bad experience
My new favorite Asian Place to eat and Boba 🧋 tea!!! Clean and spacious, friendly staffs! I love it 🥰!

Their pho broth is delicious with fresh toppings, and the banh mi sandwiches are perfect with pickled veggies and juicy fillings. The tofu banh mi and tofu vegetable pho are very delicious, with good-sized portions. The cafe also serves homemade bread, customizable boba teas, and real Vietnamese coffee like the Factory special coffee. While the menu has limited options, the spring rolls with tofu are very good. Some drinks, like the fruit tea, taste somewhat artificial, but there are many other drink choices. Customers can relax in the comfortable seating areas, though the kitchen smells may linger due to ventilation issues. The banh mi is decent-sized with generous meat, and the boba drinks can be adjusted for sweetness.
