“Staying in the area and decided to give Bootleggers Brewing Co. a try. I’m torn on giving this a 4 or a 5. The beer was solid to very good; the 9% Cranberry Saison (farmhouse ale) being my favorite. The IPAs were good too but not at the same level of excellence. The pretzel is huge and was very good although a bit dry in spots. The atmosphere is good for being in a strip mall type setting. Maybe coming off hours is what killed it a bit. The woman behind the bar was very friendly and had a keen eye on refills so she deserves five stars alone. If you use the men’s room just be careful washing your hands as the sink is dangerously close to the door. I’m always passing through the general area so if I stop by again I may update my rating.“

“What better than a salty cheesy pretzel and a craft beer? And then a sugar cinnamon pretzel with icing.... it’s like heaven! They’re always so good BUT their goodies are not part of the dining deal (the bracelet) so you pay full price, you can also apply the members discounts and refill the refillable cup for like $1.Great stop, usually no lines...Delicious ???? ????“

“Everytime I visit this place , no matter if they have a long line , the employees always seem like they are having a good time working there . Not to many places I’ve gone to where the staff is happy and smiling and having a great time . My favorite thing to get is the mini dogs , the best thing on the menu . Keep doing what you’re doing ! And a big thank you to the girl with the bun , she works too damn hard .“

“I was headed to the mall I decided to place a mobile order for Auntie Anne's because I know how the lines get at both mall locations. It was easy and it showed a quick up time. Well I got inside the mall walked over and sure enough there was a line and I kindly waited on the other side and the gentleman there asked for my order and had it ready for me. The pretzels were still nice and warm so mobile ordering was definitely the way to go. I didn't have to wait as long and it was ready when I got there. Definite Win.“

“The girls that worked today were so nice but they looked so over worked and tired. Idk if this is a staffing problem or what but if it is...get them some help! I've worked in customer service and food industry for 8+ years and I know an over worked employee when I see one. Stressed, tired, exhausted. I get that u have a buinsess to run but be the better employer and treat ur staff right. Don't leave them out to dry. They're the reason u have a company and a paycheck coming in. Treat them with respect and integrity, and they'll take care of u.“
