OSHA violations everywhere. This is NOT SAFE TO EAT! The dough is literally raw, I was able to find about 4 cooked-through bites in my cup. Kids are eating this not knowing. Also ridiculously slow service, they were forgetting orders of people in front of us slowing the line down. DO NOT GET PRETZELS here! We should get a Wetzel’s or Auntie Anne’s instead in this location considering how busy the mall is.
Great service!!!
The pretzels were neither fresh nor soft. The cheddar cheese dip was so fake. The original pretzel lacked salt despite asking for extra. All in all I would not eat here again. Go to Auntie Anne's!
