“Second time to Bern’s tonight! Excellent! The steaks are incredible! But what makes the whole experience worth it is the service!!! They really make you feel like family walking in the door, and treat you like absolute royalty. Our waiter, Phillip in the Cameo room tonight was truly PHENOMENAL! I wanted to have the guy pull up a chair and eat dinner with us, he was so friendly and such great company. The food is indescribably delicious! I’m not even sure how describe it. There’s layers of flavor to every single thing you order… steak, salad, soup, drinks… all of it! The dessert room is such a unique experience, as well! Everything is made from scratch. Our favorite dinner place in Florida!“

“My first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and it was awesome. The ribeye and filet were my favorites of the night, but everything was really good. All you can eat quality cuts of steak, lamb, chicken, shrimp, salmon, and pork for only $62.50..yes please! My wife who is not a big eater had the salad bar, which had a huge selection of many different foods...calling it a salad bar is far far inadequate. As for the meat coming to your table, don't be shy about asking for what you want if you are not seeing it. Everyone there was friendly and attentive. They even indulged my odd request for ketchup. My wife said the lobster bisque was the best she ever had!“

“This was our first dining experience here at Black Rock. They did not disappoint whatsoever. From the time that we entered until we finished our meals, we were treated with excellent customer service. The Host - Tori, was very pleasant. Once seated, my wife and I received the most outstanding customer service (waitress, Hannah) that we’ve ever received when dining in quite a while. Not sure of the bartenders name, nonetheless, the drinks were very good also. The food was definitely worth the wait. The food was extremely well prepared. Hannah, thoroughly explained how to cook the steaks on the stone, then allowed us to enjoy our meal. (Thank you Chefs) Due to our outstanding experience, we will definitely be returning. As I mentioned to one of the managers there, it seems as though people will find something to complain about, but rarely take time out to say “Thank you.” I wanted to thank the entire staff for a great dining experience.“

“Service is usually good... and the food is good also. The steaks are pretty decent (especially the grilled ones). Sides are good, I really like the Caesar salad they do. Appetizers are typically huge... the blooming shrimp app is a full meal for one person, and you cant go wrong with shrimp and bloom sauce!“

“This particular longhorn has always been a great experience for my family and I. They cook my grandfathers steak just like he asks every single time. They bring you multiple glasses of your beverage if you ask, and never complain if you need something adjusted regarding your order. The serving staff is always deliciously friendly and are very willing to help you.

Vegetarian options: Many vegetable options but this is a steakhouse. Don’t get mad if they don’t have rhubarbs.

Dietary restrictions: Most things can be adjusted but I’m sure it’s not very allergen friendly.

Parking: Parking is tight. Not really big vehicle friendly like a full size truck.

Kid-friendliness: This really isn’t the environment for you to bring children. It’s a steakhouse. It may not be a fancy steakhouse but mind your children if you bring them.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, and they have three tables that you could put a wheelchair up to.“

(I'm not sure why – I could swear I entered reservation as dining room) and it was super loud and pianist directly in front of us. Love live music, but it was so loud we could not even hear each other speaking. We moved into the dining room. We received exceptional service from Linda R!! Every bit of the food we ordered was outstanding!! From the Calamari and Goat cheese & Artichoke dip to all 4 of our Medium Rare Filet Mignons and all 3 sides (cream spinach, mushrooms and brussel sprouts). The cherry on top is that we each received our own personal Birthday Desserts!! What a treat!! A restaurant that does it right!! (We were celebrating our Annual BirthdayS dinner.. we celebrate annually together and all of our birthdays are within 32 days of each other!) Thank you for everything!! I got to pick the restaurant this year and I chose Ruth's Chris predominantly because my 2 sons gifted me a gift card for dinner for my birthday.“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!“
