Went to enjoy sweet and soul. As I, would since 2019. We waited in a line of 5-6 ppl ahead of us. The process was the ppl order the blonde hands them their product and then they paid. All 5 people prior followed that process. My family walked in and waited patiently. However, the process changed for us. All of a sudden we had to pay first and then it be made.
