“We live in St. Pete and had to run some errands in Tampa BUT we love to treat ourselves to a nice fancy dinner. The service here makes this place a 5 star. Exploring French Vietnamese, this is the spot who does it right. I would recommend this to any foodie who wants to experience a 5-star service, plus the new palette of French-Vietnamese farm-to-table flavors.“

“After a day at Busch Gardens Park & Zoo, we wanted a fresh-tasting alternative for an early dinner. The quality of the food, and freshness, is SUPERB! It's a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with no fanfare, just the best food ... freshly made by the on-site owners. We dined on-site, and had a very pleasant conversation with the owners & their teen son. I tipped generously b/c the attentiveness was perfect (tuned in but not intrusive) & the pricing was low even before the owner noted I was in the Navy and applied a military discount (without any request for discount). Our family enjoyed sharing our meals that ranged from soup to chicken & beef with rice & vegetables. We were traveling across the state that night & the next day or I would have additionally ordered a large take-out of PHO broth and noodles. This must be a favorite for take-out with USF students at the nearby campus.“

“Perfect spot for a quick in-and-out bowl of pho. Broth was very flavorful. Portion size was perfect (come with an appetite). Chili crisp was very good as well with just the right amount of kick to feel the spice without overpowering the dish. It was my first time there and I'll most definitely be back.“

“This restaurant is really great. The menu has photos, which is helpful. The rolls were delicious and perfectly balanced with the mint. The pho was wonderful. The broth was full of flavor and the beef was perfectly sliced. The chicken curry was honestly the biggest surprise. It was packed full of flavors, but didn't have heat (which I really liked). The flavor continued to develop as you ate and the aroma was just as amazing. We will definitely be back.“

“We love to order here, the food always comes piping hot and fresh with care to include any extras. Tonight someone caught a mix up with an order and corrected it yet still sent the extra food which was amazing. It was a great surprise to my husband who liked the other way it was made. “I realize that we were the only caucasians in the restaurant I'm sure that they think we don't know Vietnamese food but we happen to be very diverse in Vietnamese food. the pork dumplings tasted like cat food no cat food tastes better and the pork buns we're not good unless you poured the hoisin sauce on him I do not recommend going to this restaurant nor will we ever go back. the waitress was incredibly slow and almost acted annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted it was our first time there she knew that right off the bat. we had no silverware no napkins no way to eat the food had I known it was that bad I would have just got up and walked out do not go here. 2 appetizer and 1 tea $25“

Update on 7/8/24: I’ve been coming to this place for about 5 years now. I absolutely love it. My favorites are the papaya salad, lemongrass tofu roll, and pho with tofu. Today was the first time I tried their vegan cookie and it was so good! I got the strawberry flavor, which the girl at the counter said it was her favorite. The cookie was so dense, doughy, and soft. Oh and the lady at the counter speaks Spanish fluently!“

“The fresh rolls are so delicious and the peanut sauce is amazing, they are made as soon as you order them so the rice paper is the perfect consistency. The order comes in a cute little to go box and a biodegradable plastic bag. It was probably only a five minute wait to have the food made. Definitely will get these again.“

“Kaleisia is one of the treasures of Tampa. It has not only wonderful tea and food, great service and a very clean store, but a real sense of community. People meet there for crafting days, for meditation classes, for study groups... it's more than just a wonderful tea house, it's a community center.“

“Try the pork bao, sushi burrito, and their boba smoothies (my favorite is Piña Colada)!
I've been going there since they opened and never had something come out bad.
The service can be a bit slow if it's during a rush due to the small size of the facility but it's never so long that I get upset or anything.
They do their best to provide you with great service and are always nice.
The decorations are very cute when you first walk in (the wall and the sushi table) but there's no other decorations.
The restaurant is bright so it's not bad. Just kinda sparse.
