“Our server, Abby, was awesome. She was friendly, personable, and attentive. I would have given a 5 star, but they over cooked my steak. For a place that specializes in steak to not know medium rare ribeye, to get it closer to medium well to well, not so good. The rest of the food was good and the staff we interacted with were all very nice.“

“I love this longhorn!! I’ve been here many times before, it’s the best longhorn I’ve ever had. Today was Mother’s Day so we ordered take out to avoid the crowd, we waited 30 minutes after our supposed pickup time because it’s a super busy night, we didn’t mind as the to-go girl was super nice and apologetic. We got home and were missing a plate so we called and the manager quickly jumped into action, she told us she’ll make a fresh one, offered a free dessert, and when we came to pick it up, they gave us a free appetizer card. What you’d think would be considered a bad experience at a restaurant, I consider a great one. They handled everything beautifully. I was never mad, never got hostile with them and yet they did everything they could to make up for everything. I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you Longhorn in Palm harbor. “Best steak I’ve ever had! Steaks are cooked in tallow and seasoned with just salt and pepper. Incredible. Management was super friendly and patient. One our drinks came a little late and they gave us free dessert! Bart the manager was a super nice guy, and we talked to him for a while afterwards. Food was so good we even came back for lunch the next day and had the best fish sandwich! Packard’s is a hidden gem and you don’t have to be a member to dine. Highly recommend!“

“First time eating dinner here . Was my Birthday and all was good except for our Server…Sylvia. Not pleasant or even friendly. My husbands prime rib came out very undercooked. But overall we will go back . Wish they were open for lunch!“

“I can't beleive I've waited so long to come here. Great food, great service, love the atmosphere, and they have reasonable pricing for most things, meat pricing is typical for a steakhouse and was cooked to perfection. Loved the ribs, prime rib, and the bourbon milkshake. We will definitely be back.“
