Nutrition Solutions takes our busy lives into account and give us 3 whole days to alter, or suspend our order with the click of a button. No Problem! Every week get a updated menu and customer service is like having your own personal cheer leader, who only want to encourage you and see you succeed. “Didn’t think I would be into the “fresh” concept, but you changed my mind! I got the large Bol, and trust me when I say…there is plenty of “fresh” in this Bol! I added so many options that just increased the flavor, it was amazing! I even had the black rice and the pineapple habanero sauce! Just do it, you won’t regret it!“

“I absolutely LOVE Fitlife Foods! I have one down by me in soho as well. I love that both franchises have staff who are always willing to help you find what you are looking for. I love being able to grab my meals for the week and not have to worry about the hustle and bustle of meal prepping. I would highly recommend fitlife foods to any of my friends trying to meal prep, but struggling to do so. Or even just trying to figure out portion sizing and feeding their body healthy and very filling meals.“

“I’ve been here both times I was in town and will likely make this a tradition! The food here is so freaking fresh and delicious! There is no concern with being hungry after your meal, I’ve left here feeling stuffed! They will accommodate your food additions or deletions with no issues too. The mocktail menu is diverse too. I loved my bowl! It had the perfect amount of spice and flavor! The addition of the charred cauliflower was a recommendation from my server and boy, was she right on the money! The only thing I wish they had was “French fries” but honestly my kids literally get lavender lemonade and fresh rolls every time we go which is almost every Thursday because my kid goes to the Wayne Papy center for dance. Bamboozle has been awesome and a go to healthy and guilt free place for years! (I use to go to the downtown location) and now I go to this one!

“We stopped in here while visiting from Georgia. Extremely friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and fun. We ended up going everyday for the 4 days we were town. We absolutely loved everything we tried. The teas gave us the energy we needed for the day and are very tasty. we also tried the Protein Waffle and Acai bowls Extremely tasty and fulfilling. I highly recommend stopping in and saying Hi to the owners.“

Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. “Plenty of places these days to get açaí bowls. But nothing is nearly as good or as fresh as fitbowl. I have been a customer since the beginning. And it's still as perfect and good. Plenty of imitators out there. But many are canned fruits, with preservatives or very odd after taste. If you want fresh and healthy ingredients this is your place.“

“I was in town visiting and discovered this gem of a place!! The girls behind the counter were so sweet and friendly and the smoothie I got was everything I wanted and more. My smoothie was made very quickly too; super impressed with the efficiency and quality. “We had a lovely server, she was very friendly, asked us about our lives. I really found the whole experience pleasant. The food was better than I expected cause the chicken looked a little weird but I ate it all and it was not only tasty but it didn’t mess with my stomach after. I wasn’t expecting to eat here but was glad to have found it. It was a bit pricey for the portions they give.“
