My husband and I eat at Bob Evans, the villages at least 3-4 times a week. Most times, we have excellent service especially when we can choose our excellent servers such as Mel, Jess or Shane. Tanya is always a pleasant hostess. However yesterday on April 2nd, it was a disaster. Tanya greeted us as normal (very nice!).
