Terrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful. Fire everyone and start over.
Burgers for Breakfast was available on app & ordered a burger. Got to store & there’s a receipt with my order with the burger but yet there reply is we don’t do that here. If that were the case this option SHOULD NOT be on app. They call this THEFT by deception!!!! She then said she could not refund me I’d have to do it on the app myself WTF 🤬 I see an absolute SCAM happening & it’s shocking that it’s coming from a respectable well known chain!! I did a mobile order for 4 ice cream cups for my kids. It’s 6:50. Pick up by 8:00 the app says. We pull up at 6:59, the kid with the headset on for drive thru is taking garbage to the dumpster. He runs back in, hops on, and informs us they close at 7. I look at my phone. It’s 7:00. Ok great we actually already put in a mobile order and it said pick up by 8. Sorry no we’re closed.
