Sorry to say that our visit here was less than good. Bacon was overdone on the edges (literally black) muffin was so dry that when you took a bite it fell apart into crumbs. Hopefully it was an off day but honestly the black edges on the bacon should never have been served...at least ask if that's ok or not before giving it to the customer. Had an early morning doctor appointment so right after, we needed food and Darrell's Diner came to mind. Have been here once before for lunch, so breakfast was on our minds. I ordered the half order of biscuits and gravy with two eggs and my wife had the two egg breakfast with her crispy bacon, toast and hash browns. Had to ask another server to tell my server to return to take my order...she was talking to another server with her back to me. Food was excellent and nice and hot...good coffee too!
