April was a fantastic server. She was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner, with wonderful a view overlooking Lake Sumter at Calypso. Had the crab cakes, ceviche and grouper. The Gulf Grouper was one of the best grouper dishes I've had. Sat outdoors, which works well as they have uncovered and covered outdoor seating. April was a fantastic server. We'll be back to try the grouper tacos!
Great food - best mussels and fried snapper. Enjoyed the crab soup too. Service was great. Awesome view. A wonderful experience.
