By far the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. The store was out of soda entirely to start off our visit. I ordered the grilled chicken club and the cashier accidentally rung it up wrong. After sitting down I noticed the honest mistake and brought it up to the counter. I offered to pay for the bacon and the cheese to make the order a club. The waitress said that’s fine they would just fix it because it was their mistake. I sit down with my friends who had already picked up their food and 10 minutes passed before an employee came out and told me the only options are for them to remake the sandwich or bring me the toppings in a bowl. I told her that I had not received any food, so I asked if they could put the toppings on the sandwich because I had not gotten anything yet. She said she would go back to ask, another 10 minutes pass and no one came out yet. I go up to the counter again to ask for an update and they said they are working on it. I go back to the table to sit down and a female manager comes to the table to say I haven’t paid the for cheese and bacon so they needed payment to bring it to me. Which I had already offered to do multiple times. They ask for the $2.00, which i immediately give them so I can hopefully get my order. They come back with my regular grilled chicken sandwich without the bacon and the cheese that they had me pay separately for. I walk up to the counter a third time to ask for the cheese and bacon only to be told again they are working on it. I spent over 30 minutes waiting on my food and the staff was not easy to work. As a former chick fil a team member this location is no where near chick fil a standards for customer service.“

“I believe the managers name was Tionie... She went above and beyond when my order was messed up. They were slammed but she managed to not only get chicken dropped and other ppls orders together, but she made sure mine was also hot still and taken care of.. kinda of almost like she had a Shadow helping. Thank you “

“The employees are friendly.The chicken is amazing. The French fries with cheese are amazing. The only thing is. I think they're a tied bit pricey, but I would definitely recommend them. Absolutely. It's my go to when I want chicken. It used to be chick fil a, but now not anymore“

“The chicken was freshly fried and hot but lacked seasoning. The mac salad was deli style and tasty and the baked beans were soft n sweet 😋 I tried the 4 piece special which was filling. I would visit again but maybe try some other options. The service was kind and quick“

“Revised I went there a second time this time chicken was much better and I enjoyed the French fries the garlic toast was excellent thank you patty who made sure I was gonna leave with fresh food this is how a restaurant should be let’s hope that my next visit will be awesome thank you patty and staff for the great service.“
