French fries were really good. Freshly made. Staff worked to was tables when seats emptied.
Beware that at the kiosk you're not shown all the ingredients and you cannot modify to remove items because they aren't even shown on the screen... For example we thought we ordered a plain hamburger but surprise.... It had a bunch of seasoned mayo on it which we did not want at all and would have loved to been able to decline this when ordering.

Vegan options like the vegan burger are prepared separately upon request. However, the fries can be soggy, and some customers note that the taste and quality can be sub-par. An allergy menu is available, but there is no option to make notes on orders, which could be a concern for those with serious allergies. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is out of this world, with plenty of seating inside and outside the exhibit. It’s a perfect way to complement a visit to the Kennedy Space Center.
