I was going to send this location a PM, but found I had previously sent them a PM in 2017 that was never replied to, so I figured I’d just share here. My husband and I came to this Chick-fil-a on 11/18 right at 10:30am. We often come at this time, and understand they are transitioning from breakfast to lunch and that it takes some time. We ordered 5 meals at 9.15 pm Once we received the order, we realized we got charged for 6 meals. My wife went back there, waited so long to get the bill rectified that we finished eating before she gets to eat. The manager (Taylor) not only didn't apologize, she made sure she takes the meal back, knowing it was their fault and the food will be throwm out anyway (S.
