Always clean and sast service. The General Tso's is definitely one of the best in the area. Servings are generous and delicious every time.
This is the best Chinese food in Vero Beach. My mom lives in Port St Lucie which has way more of these types of restaurants than Vero and she comes here for Chinese. They are quick and efficient and the food everyone eats which makes for a quick dinner for the family.
I ordered orange chicken combo on the phone and asked for pork fried rice. When I got there, I realized they had plain fried rice so I asked for that instead and they changed the order instantly for me. On top of that, this is some of the best orange chicken I’ve had in a while!

China No. 1 is a Chinese restaurant located in a strip mall, known for being one of the better options in the area. The fried rice is steamed instead of being fully fried. The entrees are generally considered mediocre, but the Kung Pao chicken, General Tso, and Chicken and vegetables are exceptions. Vegetarian options are abundant, with the bean curd (tofu) with garlic sauce and veggie egg foo young being popular choices. Service is quick and staff is friendly. The restaurant is praised for its takeout food, which is always piping hot and absolutely delicious. Their takeout service is super efficient and the place is impeccably clean and orderly. It is definitely the best Chinese takeout.
