Screwed up. No management. Employees standing around looking at phones while one guy works.
Just went in (5:45pm) & ordered a bowl w/chicken and veggies - had no veggies at all and none were being prepared. My husband ordered a bowl with Barbacoa and there was none of that & none being prepared! They were going to be open for several more hours - We left and may not ever return b/c of the attitude of the worker! So many ppl behind the counter and most just standing around as they were not busy At All....now I know why!
Thanks for forgetting my beans and guacamole on my takeout bowl. Your incompetent employees also only put 4 tiny shreds of lettuce. get it together chipotle, jfc
